The Furies will perform at the NEW HTMA Studio #1038 at Lowe Mill on September 19th at 6:45pm.
The Furies are an experienced Nashville musical trio. Claire Bratton, Peggy Culp and Anne Paine sing close harmony and play Americana, Blues, and Folk music, featuring the fiddle, accordion, ukelele bass and banjolele.
HTMA Opener:
The Patti Kâs began practicing together when COVID hit and shut everything down, which included the HTMA Coffeehouses. They recently reunited to join the voices of Patti Guinn, (guitar, banjo and bass), Kay Corder (ukelele and banjo) and Kim Cappaert (guitar). They are currently covering folk and traditional Alabama-themed music.
Tickets: $11 in advance $12 at the door / Children under 12 are free. Show starts at 6:30pm (doors open at 6:15pm)
HTMA presents "Behind the Music of Jim Parker," hosted by Mike Ball. Wednesday, October 9th, 6:30pm. Jim Parker will play a little music and discuss the role music plays in connecting people and community. This is a new series for HTMA and should prove very interesting - there is more behind the music than what you hear. We will be passing the hat. Located at Studio #1038 at Lowe Mill.
Where: Straight to Ale at Campus 805.
When: Sundays, 4:00pm to 8:00pm, but likely will end before 8:00pm.
Who: Anyone wanting to play or listen to bluegrass.
Come join the weekly bluegrass jam on Sundays for music and drinks! This is a weekly open bluegrass jam. All players welcome, both new and seasoned.

Beginning September 2024, HTMA Membership Jam Meeting will take place on the 3rd Saturday of the month in the NEW HTMA Studio at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment located on Seminole Drive.
